WB E-Tender is the official eProcurement portal of the Government of West Bengal, developed and hosted by the National Informatics Centre (NIC). The portal allows government departments and other participating organisations to publish tenders and enables registered bidders to access tender documents and submit bids online.
The portal provides access to Active Tenders, Tenders by Location, Tenders by Organisation, Tenders by Classification, Tender Archive, Tender Status, Corrigendum and Tender Results.

The portal allows tenderers to download tender schedules free of cost and submit bids online. It also provides resources such as bidder manuals, DSC information and guidelines for hassle-free bid submission.
Important Current Update
The portal currently displays a notice stating that, from 17 August 2026, fresh e-tenders from PWD, PHE, GTA, P&RD, I&WD, Health Department, all District Magistrates' offices and all Zilla Parishads are to be floated exclusively through the new e-Tender Portal at tenders.wb.gov.in. Therefore, bidders should check the relevant portal before searching or submitting a bid.
